THE NATURE OF OUR PROJECT

Sustainability

Our fundamental principles are based on respect for local nature with its biodiversity (soil, flora and fauna, people and community); the preservation of resources (natural and cultural) and regional development.

Waste Management:
Own WWTP for effluent treatment and reuse; Composting organic waste; Segregation for total waste treatment; Reuse of materials (plastics, wood); Sale of post-fermentation by-products.

Packaging:
Elimination of resources and reduction of the carbon footprint through the use of lighter bottles and recyclable cardboard boxes with less use of pigments, avoiding wooden boxes.

Personal:
Gender, training and age diversity to promote the exchange of experiences between people and generations.

Community:
Incentives for local producers and suppliers, both in terms of economic and logistical dynamics, as well as for strengthening the local and regional business dynamics.

Circular Economy:
Donation of waste by local producers, TW offers logistics and labor services for transformation into compost, shared with other growers.
TW also offers part of space, labor and structures for two other wine producers.

All business activities undergo a rigorous assessment of socio-environmental impacts, elimination of the usage of resources, substitution of materials, adoption of waste as resources, as well as recovery of waste and the sharing of infrastructure and resources with other producers.
